No. It is illegal to take marijuana across state lines. DIA prohibits possession, use, display, and transfer of all marijuana on its property.

Retail marijuana is intended for private, personal use. Such use is only legal in certain locations not open or accessible to the public. Marijuana may not be consumed openly or publicly.

Only licensed retail marijuana stores may sell recreational marijuana, and only to those 21 and older. Medical marijuana requires a state marijuana registry card, which can only be obtained by Colorado residents with a recommendation from a doctor that a patient suffers from a debilitating medical condition that may benefit from medical marijuana. Medical marijuana patients can obtain marijuana from a licensed center, a primary care giver or self grow.

We cultivate and process all of our medical and recreational marijuana and marijuana-infused products  at our state of the art facility in Bridgewater, Massachusetts.  We also recently began outdoor cultivation through a unique partnership with a local farmer in Sheffield, MA. No, unfortunately, insurance does not cover medical marijuana or marijuana-infused products—Joint Up Dispensary does have a reduced-cost program to assist patients with a demonstrated financial hardship.

Delivery is based on Canada Post’s estimates for expedited shipping and varies by area. It can take anywhere from within a day to 5 days to arrive, particularly in more rural regions.

Shipping is a flat rate of $30

All sales are considered final sale with the exception of the following three conditions:

• Defective products (expired, moldy, damaged in transit)

• Products shipped in error (incorrect product shipped, over/under shipment, product not received)
• Recalled products

If a product has been found to be defective, shipped in error, or recalled, you may be eligible for a refund.

Please note: returns are not final until they have been received, and evaluated by our warehouse team. If the return is deemed ineligible, the shipping fee will not be refunded and the item(s) will not be returned or refunded.

There is an optional signature fee of $2 that covers orders up to $100. Additional insurance is available for up to $420 an additional $10 –  This means that, if your order is not received within 7 business days of expected delivery date quoted on your tracking info, we will reship your package.

Any orders that are returned to sender are lost in the mail after that. We do not use our real return address for obvious reasons. This is not covered under our insurance program.

Any issues with orders need to be brought to our attention within two weeks of the order being placed – after this we have the right to refuse compensation.
